While discussing our plan, Dhessril & Yrilornr exit the room to check on the troglydytes forcing us to act. Some blows are traded, some pixies summoned and spells are cast and the two drow go down.

Reinforcements burst from the temple, led by a drider and a big melee ensues. The fight moves into the temple led by Ceol. Early kills are followed by Drow spells, making the fight more difficult.

Ceol & T'rissa_Auvryndar trade blows, but Arin finishes her with an Ice Storm. The enemies are steadily dying, with only Illnor_Telenna and a drider still posing a threat. They too fall, and the forge room falls quiet.

We free the deep gnome prisoners and head deeper in, freeing more deep gnomes. Deeper yet we find a set of dungeon cells with a mix of drow & other species of prisoners there.

The drow turn out to be armed and attack us. They die quickly. The other prisoners are:

Marta Moonshadow - an elven wizard who's Spellbook we had found previously
Geldax - a human male claiming to be kidnapped off the docks of Waterdeep
Lurrash - a hobgoblin member of the Azrok Militia

Recognizing her name, Jitters returns her Spellbook asking only that she teach him Misty Step. Marta reacts poorly and churlishly insists the book is hers. Ceol intimidates her into mumbling assent.

Following shouts of pain, we head further in and discover Pellanonia Auvryndar in a compromising BDSM position with a drow (Ghirith). Ceol kills them both.

We open another door and find yet another drow, Narazmir, being tortured (maybe?) with dripping water. Ceol kills him too.

Arin sends Marta on her way, ending Jitters hopes of learning Misty Step from her.
